Infolinks: Massive drop in Revenue and Emails not answered

I have been a premium Infolinks users earning over $4000+ a month at times, however since june my traffic has come down due to seasonal change so the earnings, which is fair. However, the rate at which the eCPM and CPC has come down is massive.

I have been living with this 60-70% drop in earnings since june 2010. I have sent numerous emails to my infolinks relationship manager (yes, i have a personal rep) but neither she responds to my emails anymore nor the infolinks support team.

Whats up with them lately?

same happening to me, don't know whats going on.

 

sent them 2 emails till now, but no reply. Going to call them now

 

They are also not replying to my emails, don't know whats going on.

 

i mailed them 3 times,and there support team member who is happen to be an active member of site,she is also ignoring messages and mails (while she told me to mail and contact her and she will have a look onto it)
i guess its time to move on to something else

 

Looks like Infolinks going to be next Google Adsense !! Never hear from Publishers

 

no they are far from adsense,but if you are talking about support,then i guess you are right

she got my email and replied making a promise that support will contact me,and its been more then 4 days,no response or anything from support or Sara,they just like to treat their publishers so rudely and in unprofessional manners

I have just begun to use Infolinks on some of my sites, no earnings so far but its still too early to say. Will see how it goes.

 

Exact same problem here. Impressions actually went way up as for our site, but clicks and revenue per click dropped ridiculously and has been as such for the same amount of time it seems.

 

I am planning to switch to Kontera, Will share my experience after few days.
