Everymonth Infolinks.com payme faster $148 usd, before use infolinks I used other PPC text links ads and never got payment. But after use infolinks.com ads everymonth they send me payment faster. Who is got payment too for this month 8/30/2009?

I am still waiting for my first 100 USD which I completed in july. The payment page says the payment will be processed by 15th Sept. For the first time payment do they hold the payment for some extra days? Or I will get today itself?

i always get payments before the date i experienced this 3 times , only first payments is slow because of form submissions
I'm also expecting payment for July. I emailed support yesterday with tax info, hopefully all goes well on time.
Still no payment for my July 09 earnings. How come my earnings and payment summary table displays the July earning carried over to August? Is this normal? or is it telling me that I don't get paid this month and will have to wait for another month? My July earnings is over a hundred so I'm expecting to be paid end of August like everyone else.
Yes I did submit an email to them declaring that I am not a US resident and have no US related earnings. They acknowledged and replied that they have received the email. Good thing I read from this forum about those because I am clueless about submitting those info and will just wait for nothing have I not known them. Unlike adsense, infolinks doesn't tell its publishers if they have any pending issues to be resolved before they can receive payment or anything like "payment in progress" status.
@Graphire: Even I am fed up with infolinks system of not telling publishers about submitting tax info. When I mailed them then they replied that they needed info. After giving info they are now saying that they will process it by 15th Sept. Hey Mr.Infolinks support is this right to make the publishers wait for payments?
