Infolinks.com need any tax form submissions for Indian publishers?

Hi,

Before the payment from Infolinks.com, do they need any tax form submissions for Indian publishers?

First time I am going to get paid by Infolinks, after 1 month of waiting today morning i contact them for payment. They send a mail contains

In order for us to issue your payment in compliance with US tax laws,
please submit the appropriate tax forms according to your status as explained below:

1. U.S. Business or Individual - must submit the Internal Revenue Service
(IRS) form W-9.
2. Non-U.S. Business or Individual with income effectively connected to the
U.S. - must submit the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) form W-8BEN.
3. Non U.S. Business or Individual without any income effectively connected
to the U.S - is required to declare No US Activities - No forms are
necessary.

If your status requires you to send w-9 or w-8ben form please download the
form an return it with your handwritten signature - in the form of a
scanned document attached to or by Fax to

I hope i am falling in category 3 and no need to submit anything. Any Indian publishers here paid by infolinks before? did you guys submit any form? please guide me.

If you are not from the US and are using places like this, they will pay you. I am almost positive of it. I haven't seen once anyone get beat by a big company such as this one and I do not feel that you will either. You may have to fill out the tax form but you should be fine with getting your money.

 

I believe you can fill out the W8 form for Indian Publishers, but its not necessary.

they pay very very low for US, UK, CAN, clicks only.
indian and rest of the world clicks is not counted !!!
