Infographic on Link Building

    Just came across this infographic and it mentioned some information that I shouldn't do that I am currently doing. Is it really bad to post comments to other blogs with link backs to my own site??

    any help? still unsure about posting backlinks from blog commenting. I've heard good and bad. Thoughts?
