.info?

What do we think about using a .info instead of .com/.net/etc domain for ClickBank affiliate sites? Does it really matter? As we all know, most companies do like $3/yr for .info domains... at least for the first year, $6 savings never hurt anyone 'a?

alright for redirects or whatever. just most people would click a .com over a .info.

i have a few successful .info domains with blogs/review sites etc on them

I have a couple of .info domains atm, and one is converting 1 in 8. i only got them because they're cheap ($1.49/yr from godaddy or so at the time), and this one domain has paid for itself in just 3 months.

To me info sites seem cheap and nasty but that's just a personal opinion. I relate them to cheap adsense sites and sites that are made for flipping.

I generally try to stick with .com .org . net, the extra $6 aint going to break the bank :D

Thats because you know they are cheap and you know they are used for those purposes, but the vast majority of people don´t relate them to those uses.
Although .com is a safer bet, some .info domains may suite some themes better...jhus tmy opinion
