    Are you also updating who among these directories start from free then change into a paid directories?
    I just saw your post that you are adding directories in your list with a fee.

    I add free directories for free.

    I add pay directories for a fee.

    I do not add reciprocal required only directories.

    I do track the directories that change from free into paid yes. If they convert to paid/reciprocal they are removed from the list, if they wish to return they either have to offer an unconditionally free option (ufo) or they have to pay the fee to be listed on the pay-for-inclusion list :)

    They will be on the list to be removed. I have 12 flagged for removal that are no longer free. I can't do it daily because they change then change back, I'd spend all my day changing them if I did it like that. So I schedule updates over fortnight-month.
