Not sure about 1st and 2nd, but the last two are quite useful.

Feedburner's plugin redirects all your feeds to Feedburner's service. This would allow you to track how many people is subscribed to your blog and how they're using your feeds (via feedreader, via email, etc.). I'm using this on my blog right now.

WP Super Cache creates a cache of your site, making it load faster. I haven't tried it but according to what I've read it's a great plugin. I'm not using it because it conflicts with some ranking plugins such as Wordpress Popular Posts because since it caches your site's pages, it doesn't reflect changes in your most popular entries.

The second one (Enforce www. Preference) this is good plugin because it will force your blog to have:
    www.blogname.com
    rather than blogname.com

As search engines go, you should use one (www.) or the other but not both, so that is why Matt Cutts suggests it.

    Kind Regards
