Info needed reagrding forum posting?

    Hello my dp pals, I want to promote my website using forum posting. For these I need to search relevant forums from Google. For example, I want to search asthma related forums.So what will the best relevant keywords to be written in in Google to find good search results from Google search engine ? Thanks in advance.
