When i started web development, i was 14 and i thought i knew everything about it within 2 months, then i got talking to the pioneers of the industry and realised, how can i know everything about an industry that is years old after bieng in it 2 months..lol..Ive noticed alot of people around here are like this, no matter what age they are, they read an article on how to make a dollar online and they are all thinking they know it all..hopefully this article will give you an acctual edge over these amateurs. This is part one..of how to make your first sale. Please dont think this will be easy..as it isnt..so if your not willing to put some hard work in..then you need to read a fake thread that will inspire you top do it..then produce nothing. Niches and Sub-Niches Everybody goes on about niches...and its so important to get a niche subject, yet your all thinking..right a niche subject..i know..FOOTBALL..!! or whatever, but your all making the same mistake your just picking a subject from yuor head, football isnt a niche, its a game that can be discussed and products can be sold for it, but hell, i can buy these products from the local sports shop. So here how you get a niche, you simply pick a topic you like and know abit about, so for instance, i like and know alot about fishing, not lets narrow this down, fishing is my subject, now..what type of fishing do WE like to do ? we like course fishing, so thats my catagory...So far we have a Niche chain of Fishing > Course fishing, now lets get the Niche....Carp Fishing, i came to this idea throuhg fishing > course fishing..because carp is a course fish..(fresh water fish) now lets get 2 sub niches for it..in other words, 2 breeds of carp. Mirror Carp and Common Carp. Follow those steps to find your niche...Bang, You have a decent niche idea. The Market for my niche ? now your thinking that your gonna set a site up for the ncihe and youll make money...well no you fucking wont..stop thimking that..stop listening to all the buillshitters on this forum...and stop congratualting them for there fake posts, PLEASE, it only eggs them on to keep failing. You dont need a big fancy tool to test the market, just type into google "Fishing" see how many results it says there are for that term...theres going to be millions..then type in your category term..if the results are less, youve done a good job of narrowing it, then type your niche in..youll find that the results will of drastically reduced, and then your sub niche's will have even less results. look at the difference in results in between the phrases 'Fishing' and 'Mirror Carp Fishing' youll see what i mean. Building a site So we have our niche, lets build a site around this niche, search google for a free design or if you have abit of capital behind you..invest in a good design that has a relevant picture for your niche..id want as picture of a Mirror Carp somewhere..maybe incorporated into my logo. You need a logo to brand your site...well, thats a lie. A logo helps to improove the looks of your site and jazz it up a little, but in the long run, it doesnt boost sales, traffic or CTR...when was the last time you saw a logo and though..holy shit..im gonna click this advert here!!!
