.info domains

    Hi all,

    I am thinking to buy a .info domain. Is it good to buy .info domain. The .com domain is not available for me (for my choice). so, can I buy .info domain?

    I am not sure whether I posted in the current forum. Anyway Is it good to have hyphens or other symbols in domain names?

    Not good with hyphens and symbols! Even digits will drastically decrease the value of a domain in the market. Thats because they are hard to remember.

    You can buy a .info of course. But make sure you buy a clean one. Get a easy to remember.

    A .com is the first choice for people because it is the easiest to remember. How do you know what domain sticks in people's heads?

    My answer, get about at least three people, with the available domain ideas you have written down, quickly shout all the domains out and see how many they remember. PS. don't tell them specifically before the test that you want them to remember all the domain names, just shout it at them and see which one sticks.

    Nice idea right? Hope this helped you, this is one of my secrets to getting good domain names.
