extn doesn't matter at all till your site has nice and genuine (original) content. you will have to work equally hard for all the extensions for sure. its your choice which extension to use.

yes if u can get a better keyword name in .info then a .com its better

few of my soccer sites are in .info and came over the clubs official site for a year or so even though mine was .info and not much seo done just caz it was a good keyword better then official sites

I personally prefer .com or .net unless Im targeting a certain country in which case I use the countries TLD's but I think its all about the seo work you put into it. t's nort likely you would get very much type-ins on a .info, but you can still get substantial traffic if the work is put into it.

if money is not a constraint, go with .com's, not .info's

I don't know, I honestly seem to find that .INFOs make me think spam. Maybe google has added something to the algorithms? I know that if I were google, I would have done it already.

com is good but for seo there is no difference , people can spam with dot com as well as dot info if they want to.

I will rather click a link to a .info site with a good name than a .com site with a name like xfx85.com. It's the whole URL I look at, TLD is just a part of it.

Has any one of you (those who claim .info looks spammy) ever try to get the feedback from your intended audience? I mean we webmasters might consider .info spammy but to average joe surfing the web it hardly makes any difference!
