.info available for $1 at registration time. What about the .info renewal?

Everyone know that, .info is the cheapest domain and its available for $1 at the registration time. I have couple of .inof domains and want to renew it now.

How much it costs for renewal?
is there any coupon code available for .info renewal?
Can I renew it for $1???

Renewal is not 1$ for sure it depends on the registrar probably as much as a .com

The current price for .INFO renewals at GoDaddy is $7.99 (reduced from $10.69) WITHOUT coupon code. I tried a bunch of coupon codes, but couldn't get it any lower. If you are renewing multiple domains you might be able to use some 30% off coupons, which would bring the AVERAGE .info renewal down to $7.49.

 

Welcome to the .info trap. Dirt cheap registration, full price renewal...and it's a bad domain extension, to boot.

 

Well the registrars try their luck with .info coz if the site gets decent traffic then people are surely going to renew them

 

everywhere you go, they sell you a .info domain under 3$ price, but when it comes at renewal, it will be 7-10$.

You can get a lower price only if there is a promotional time, or by using coupon codes
