    Hello there,

I'm requesting more info about this..

I know it has something to do with my sire PR , kinda like an indicator that updates every day or something.

But what if the whole "Low" bar is filled ... that means * PR?? same for Medium and high. Does that help to predict the rank of the next update?

The bars are percentages. So based on that screenshot about 85% of your pages have low pr and 15% have no pr assigned yet. If the low bar was completely filled that would mean that 100% of your pages have low pr. It is not really an indicator of things to come. It just shows you how well your PR is spread throughout your website. This can sometimes help you notice problems with your website that prevent pr from properly spreading throughout your website.
