    I was curious about online real estate businesses and how do they function. Also are they applicable to you if you live somewhere else than the real estates?

    I think online real estate business, make money from % of the RENT or SALE.

    I also think that, but how is the sale closed? I mean, shouldn't the customer visit his to be property first in order to decide?
