Info about official documents for adsense

Discussion in 'AdSense' started by Kraxas, Jul 6, 2016.

I wanted to know if adsense ask frequently for official documents (not pin related)

Recently i had a bad experience with documents scans (someone used them for a scam) and i didnt like the idea to upload other documents in internet. I know we are talking about google but recently we have heard about a lot of big companies hacked so...

Also do you think that i may provide my id scan with only name and adress visible?

    Thanks for the help guys!

They may well still do it. The problem is that there are so many adsense scams and frauds that if they are not confident that you are who you say you are, then they will want proof. If you want to use adsense, then you have no choice but to provide it. Its just that I have not head of them asking for the that info, so if they do, they do not do it often.

Nopes... Google does not ask any official documentation for adsense signup. I recently applied for my website 2 days ago and today I got approval. I was little amazed how fast they approved the account. Since previously I read it takes 2-3 weeks.

I think tech niche is one of the highly paid for Google adsense revenue. If you have good design and content as per Google TOS, they won't reject.

I am surprised as it is typically the type of site that Google does not approve.
Can you post the email you got from Google approving the site (I interested to wee the wording)

it was just a formal email starting with:
    Congratulations!
Your account is now fully approved.

and then some useful links. What do you mean by Google does not approve? Does the website contain something which is not ok? Would like to hear your opinion.

Tech type blogs are routinely rejected. It is rare for sites like yours to be approved.

Thank you for info. Metalogics is not merely a tech blog. It is way more targeting specifically domaining niche, web & hosting coupons, domains reselling and much more.

Moreover, I didn't try to mess everything. I waited 4 months before applying for adsense, put around 50+ article, coupons, domains, make design clean and easy to navigate, waited until it got good traffic - around 400-600 page view per day.

All of above helped me in getting approval.
