Any idea whats the industrial standards to store images in database for CMS? Basically we could, 1) store the path name of the file or, 2) store the binary of the image in the field of the table. I'm wondering which is a better method. Btw, where is the database stored in our computer for mysql? I'd not seen the file physically yet. I'm guessing if we store binary images into the database it could increase the size of the database significantly can cause it to run less efficiently?? Thanks
