CJ bought up a new feature of Direct bank Deposit for Indian people :)
can any one explain what is
Sort/Routing code in that form ?
is it the Sort/Routing code same as IFSC code of the bank ?

yes cj is accept Direct bank Deposit for Indian people.first go to google search engine ,search "your bank name Sort/Routing code" to get correct code. for example "axis bank ,chennai branch Sort/Routing code" .
SWIFT Code is for International money transfers while IFSC code is for domestic transfers between banks..

Yes... You need to use the IFSC code in place of Sort/Routing code. Please check the details in CJ help page itself... they explained that clearly over there...
