Indians please help me. - Paypal

Hi indians in india, can you guys please help my friend of mine in india.

Problem he face :

Each time I have tried to open an account with Paypal with my two debit cards, I have been told that the bank has denied. When I contacted the banks -- two different -- they told me that they don't support PayPal. This is the problem in a nutshell.

Any solution for this? And what is the fastest way for indians to withdraw paypal money ?

Hi Buddy,

None of the debit cards in India supports paypal because RBI doesn't allow, however if you have credit card you can use it.
You can use other money processors or xoom.

Simply get a get credit card and verify your account and fastest way to withdraw paypal money is using XOOM.It takes only 3-4 business days for your paypal money get credited in your bank account,using bank deposit method is the safest

You can get a VCC for verification purpose you can get it cheap and simple withdraw the money using XOOM and make a check withdrawal and they will deliver you the check by blue dart courier.

Now; its very simple to open a xoom account just follow the signup and create account and when your account get created just click on "send money" and you will be taken to a full description page in which you have to fill all the details and select the payment method, in your case its "paypal" so select paypal and submit you will be taken to paypal terminal to finish the transaction and then you will get a transaction number in your xoom account.

With transaction number you can easily trace the transaction and its process..

I guess you are facing problem in verifying your account, Well try to use VCC in your account. It is best option now days.

 

I can provide a debit card that works with paypal. It's expensive. It's NOT VMI. No ID required. PM me for details.

 

My friend got a VCC to verify.Meanwhile, he need the Expanded Use Number, which is a four-digit number, for complete verification. This number can be availed from the credit card statement.

What to do?

I think you need to have credit cards, instead of debit cards.

 

the best way tp get money from paypal to india(bank deposit) is via Xoom it is the most preferable according to me

 

Be carefulm about using VCC that has no info requirement..

At one point , Paypal WILL limit your access and will ask you to verify ownership of your VCC cards.. if you cant prove it, the money will be burnt.

Dont take any shortcut methods, look for a long term solution..

Normally banks will provide credit card facilities if you open a checking account.. try using this

I was facing the same problem just month ago. So may DP members helped me to find a solution, Cheers.

I would suggest the easiest way to open an account with HDFC and create a NetSafe card to verify. You dont even need a Credit Card nor you need to reveal your actual Debit Card no. It worked wonders for me.

And again after getting verifed, use Xoom. Money reaches you in 3-4 days time with no hassles. You have only to click the mouse, the money goes all the way to your Bank account. What is more, they give you online status of how the transcation is taking place. Absolutely Stress free...
