I think its a monthly limit so you can withdraw specified amount for a month only.

My Remaining Monthly Limit is $2,500.00 USD.
They have made the cheque request fees to 0

If they have stopped NEFT, why the hell they are not removing that option??
I think PayPal is planning to get benefit of this situation and trying to make some quick bucks from currency conversion

    1. go to your paypal > profile > identification preference > Generate customer PIN
    2. Keep your credit card / mobile ready.
    3. Call them 1-402-935-2050. (Just say agent to get automatically transferred to representative)
    4. They will ask your email. with our pronounciation and spelling is very difficult to make them understand the email. So tell them to pull or locate the account using credit card or phone.

You may have to wait 10 mins.

Is withdrawing thru cheque secured and not risky? Now that paypal has only this way of withdrawing money for indians, we have no other option i guess. How long does it take to receive a cheque and how long to clear it in banks? do indian banks accept paypal cheques? please tell me.

Not really, I used Skype to call them and it took money off my balance?

I sent Paypal an e-mail about this limit and if they are going to increase it, etc. Here's the reply:

I'll probably call them up today and try to get an update.

And my remaining limit is $2,500.00. I withdrew around $7k in two instances this month so it's kinda weird that the limit is still intact.
