    I couldn't wait anymore as I had to withdraw money to pay salaries. I transferred all paypal money to a friends account in UK and from his UK paypal account he sent it to my PNB bank account using paypal and Xoom. I had the money in 2-3 hours. (I also lost around $150 fees in doing this, but at least i could pay the dues.)

    My accounts [I have 2 accounts] were also suspended [put limits] and no more payments can be received or payments can be made. Though I submitted a detailed explanation as they requested, it is not yet working or I didn't get any info from them!

    i can withdraw now !

    one thing....i just recived call from my bank HDFC. I was asked about the purpose of the money which i had withdrawn from moneybookers 3 days back.
    They seriously asked me the purpose of this money. I told then the purpose. She said ok.

    Lets hope. This will also happen with PP

    The option is now available by (-)1:00 PM IST (+) and 4th MAR 2010. i have made the withdrawal requests to my HDFC Bank.
