    PayPal just reversed all the money my Indian friend had in her account to the original senders. They even arrested her withdrawal. It is not a lie. They are arresting transactions to and from India

    That's not reverse in banking terms it called rejected by bank. It's possible that bank can reject money from your account! Also when they credit amount it was first update in ledger balance then real balance.

    Paypal India is Private Registered Firm in India.Can be sued,Taken to Court,FIR can be filed against them if they do any Cheating/Frauds with any citizen of India Or other countries.
    Full registration Details,Reports,Directorts info is available on ROC of MCA website.

    Through nothing can be obtained using RTI.

    Also remember all NEFT comes through this Paypal India P.Ltd. Only and so this is best bet to take legal action against if we are Forced to do so.
