Buddy, as always stated bringing money to your bank accounts is the only legal way as banks are involved in the transaction. It only takes 2 days to transfer money to your bank account through Xoom.
However I myself have never tried using the Courier Option and therefore cannot exactly state how much time it will take.

Thanks for reminding me and the others but if the money is being directly credited to your bank account then it should be termed as illegal transfer.
