    Your site has both warez and adult contents... So you can't even think of adding most of the top networks.

    You could try CPX and maybe adbrite

    adbrite accepts both adult and non-adult content, adult content will be moved to blacklabel ads and non adult content site will remain in adbrite.
    so carry on registering with adbrite
