Now I want to be doing this in a big way and want to set up my business.Here's a checklist I just made,veteran DPers please review it Start sole proprietorship -Get A Stamp , Letterpads ,Cards etc Open HDFC/ICICI Current Account Get Debit Card For Current Account Register Domain name in Business name Open Business Paypal Acccount With Business Email Link Business Debit Card To Paypal Account(And what better time to do it now that paypal has started direct deposits to Indian bank account) If payments are In check they should be directed to my business name. If there is anything you want to add however small It maybe,please do,if you have any experience to share when you registered your business please do. Some questions: Can I give my resident address as business address,I will be operating only from my home pc anyway? Any reqirements for IEC code?How fast can you get it?I'm from Mumbai Any other details you like to add?
