Indian Railways' Clock Works Out Of The World!

    Hey guys,

    Today I saw something that's out of the world, while coming back from my college .. I looked at the Train Indicator it showed : 9:72 err I thought that might be some glitch in the system and would be correct when the next train arrives but NO!! the timings shown were out of the world 9:76 , 9:94 ROFL! I took some pics with my mobile the quality isn't good but still watchable :p

    you can expect the same from them, if you check out their website which has a alexa of 3 digits its filled with adsense and i guess the main authorities have no idea about it.

    Clock malfunction :p haha indian railways don't care about anything, i was coming from ranchi to M.P. a month back when our train driver fall down from the running train because he was drunk :eek: later the news was on the paper too!
    [Train was running slowly as usual, so he did not died]

    The guys that maintains the website must be making a fortune out of that :mad: its sad if the authorities got no idea about it.

    Maybe they are calculating the minutes in terms of decimals rather than 60 seconds a minute. That would be 0.0167 for each second......:)

    If you go and complain, they will say Indian Railways is one of the largest network in the world and shirk responsibility. Better tell Laluji about the hitch and let us see how quickly it is rectified...

    I think that is superfast express timing. You need to use some formula to calculate the correct timing.
