I think he is a wise captain to give first priority for home country to put Australia back on track

 

Same with M.Clarke i guess,he did even play in last IPL season.

 

I guess it's never happen. Matches will be shared between Jaipur and A'bad. There is less chance for that as we knows Courte case always pending for many years.

 

Well its the decision of the pakistan govt. for which the players are suffering. Their earning means are being blocked and we all cricket lovers are feeling bad about it.

 

When will they announce the dates for IPL matches?

IPL schedule has been announced, (sorry for double post, but i am posting second consecutive post after 5 days)

schedule for 1st five matches

1st match: Rajasthan Royals v Delhi Daredevils - Apr 10, 2009
Match scheduled to begin at 14:30 GMT

2nd match: Kolkata Knight Riders v Deccan Chargers at Kolkata - Apr 11, 2009 (16:00 local, 10:30 GMT)

3rd match: Chennai Super Kings v Bangalore Royal Challengers at Chennai - Apr 11, 2009 (20:00 local, 14:30 GMT)

4th match: Delhi Daredevils v Kings XI Punjab at Delhi - Apr 12, 2009 (16:00 local, 10:30 GMT)

5th match: Mumbai Indians v Rajasthan Royals at Mumbai - Apr 12, 2009 (20:00 local, 14:30 GMT)

 

It would be good contest like previous one. No body thought that the Rajasthan Royal would make it. Any guess this time?

So IPL is starting from April 10 it means Indian players play IP direct after NZ tour and I think it may impact on their performance.

 

Kolkata will be the winner this year as Mendis will also play there this time
last time he was there on the squad but king khan didn't give him a chance to play a single match

In my oppenian 'Kolkatta Knight Riders' will win the Ipl 2009.
