Glad to see Indian Politicians in action in Web 2.0 ! Like Barack Obama, Indian Politicians also started using Twitter to convey messages. Twitter comes as an handy tool for them now-a-days. Now they realize the ‘real’ value of reaching out to people. But while comparing with other US counterparts like Barack Obama, Al Gore and McCain, Indian Politicians have fewer followers. Earlier I posted about the list of celebrities in Twitter and I’m proud to add some Indian Politicians in that list !

You can tweet with Rahul Gandhi, Narendra Modi and many ..

Per capita would be low. Say maybe 40% of the popuation has internet access. With millions still in poverty, people are more concerned about getting their daily bread.

But its high in terms of absolute numbers.
