is anybody inform me that for Indian paypal user in India Can't sent any foreign currency to other user across india or outside india because when we get payment in indian paypal it just take 24 hour to auto withdraw to user bank A/C for india so can any india citizen make another paypal outside india because india govt take two time charge for $ to INR & INR to $ convert........ its need plz reply this as soon as possible...........
Yes, you can't send money from your PayPal balance. You need a credit card in order to send money to anyone in any currency.
