indian paypal verify using vcc is stop ??? i live in bangladesh . paypal dnt allow bangladesh .so that i use indian but my bad luck is cant verify indian paypal using vcc also after verify its asking for address bank account card statement verify any one have any idea ?? any one who know any good vcc site
All VCC's are same. So, no matter where you buy it, they will ask for address and statement of CC if your account gets limited.
It's better you use a different payment gateway, becos if you get limited, then there's no way of getting around the issue.
