INDIAN PAYPAL Users...HELP!!

    Hello everyone. I need help regarding paying a particular site. First of all, let me tell you my story.

    I'm a law student studying in India. There is a competition that I entered into; We had to write an article each and the winner is decided by the maximum number of social network traffic is received (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.). It's a small scale contest but I am lagging behind by 50-60 FB likes. So I decided to 'BUY' likes and traffic. Now, I found a website 'fiverr.com'. Specifically, I'm trying to pay for this gig.

    http://fiverr.com/gocvel/get-you-150-reverbnation-followers-to-help-you-increase-your-band-equity-score-and-ranking-plus-an-extra-bonus

    But here comes the thing - The payment gateway is through PayPal since I'm from India and it is an international transaction. Now, as any other Indian fellow would tell you, Paypal is a pain in the ass for us Indians, first timers at least. So whatever credit card I use is getting rejected. There is an option to NOT PAY THROUGH PP but that too is processed through PP. Also, I came to know debit cards don't work..and fair enough, they are not working in my case.

    I've tried searching the net for solutions for 3 straight days but to no avail. I'm starting to lose my mind here. This forum is the only one I came upon where I saw Indian users discussing PayPal and stuff. Now, all I ask is this : Can someone make the payment on my behalf? I will pay you by transferring funds from my bank to your bank (SBI NetBanking) without the use of PayPal. I can also transfer funds through net banking to an intentional party/account. The contest closes in 2 days and I'm literally crying here; working hard to write the article and then being unable to do anything to help it win.

    Dear friends, please help me. Anyone, please contact me and trust me, I'll even pay you extra. This paypal thing actually sucks and I'm done with it. Please, anyone, help me do the transaction...

    Thanks in advance.

    At first, it said - "This credit card has been refused by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your credit card issuer's Customer Service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card."

    2 days ago, it started saying - "The card you entered cannot be used for this payment."

    I have tried everything but it just doesn't work. I've also tried the other option i.e. instead of logging into paypal, using the 'Pay With your Credit Card' but still the same errors are shown. :(

    I have verified that I'm entering all the correct information. I've called my bank - they said everything's fine.

    Is the Name on Paypal and Credit Card Same?

    If different then PayPal will not accept.

    At OP there is no solution is either you visit the top Banks in India and get a personalized credit card for online business. It will take you some time and money to get that and documents too

    @Mr Victor
    Yeah, I understand. It'd take so much time, that's why I came here for help; to see if anyone who already has paypal can help me. :(

    @Karthimx

    Yeah, the names are same. All information is correct, I matched everything. It just doesn't make any sense. The thing is, I don't understand why is it not accepting even when I'm directly trying to pay through my credit card. The payment gateway is PayPal but when the option clearly says - Pay through your credit card, I don't understand how does PayPal come into picture? :(

    Looks strange. It should actually work when you pay directly using your CC or DC. Just try again and make sure you entered all the spelling of your First and Last name and correct card numbers. And post the screenshot of error message if you get any.

    It just won't work. Maybe because ALL payments are processed through PayPal. It says so at the bottom of the page.

    1. Your card is associated with a specific PayPal account, and you're not logging in with that particular account.
    2. Your card was associated with a PayPal account that has been closed.
    3. You've exceeded your card limit with the PayPal system.
    4. Your email address is raising a red flag in PayPal's system.
    5. You have problems with your cookies. It's recommended you clear your cookies and try again.
    6. You've linked the card to an account, but have not yet confirmed it.

    It's none of the above, man. It's one of those things that just don't seem to end. Thanks for your efforts brother. I've tried all this. My last hope is if someone is willing to pay from my end and I'll pay him through my SBI bank account.
