I do know that adwords is a waste thing  but i cant find any other sellers in dp which can get me real traffic to gii ;)

Regading paypal i think they need sometime to differentiate rules for unverified members, verified members with premuim and business member accounts people.

 I am in a similar situation but remit2india instead of xoom:mad: Today is the 4th day and it never takes so long for the money to be credited. Nobody is answering the remit2india helpline for the past 48 hours (Try calling 1-800-223-123 in India). I spoke to a "Sreekala" yesterday and "Neha" today on live chat and they both told me that the money has been credited as far as they are aware! But I don't see shit from remit2india in my bank account. I have sent remit2india an email requesting details of the bank wire they claim to have sent. If I don't hear back from them on Monday I will be opening a dispute in paypal...

Your Total Withdrawal Limit: $3,000.00 USD

That doesn't have anything to do with withdrawal limits.

If this is a glitch I wonder why it hasn't been fixed yet...

That means paypal is having some problem with the amount being sent to (Xoom,remit2india) or withdrawn to India

I think they are moving our accounts data to paypal office at chennai?

I think this may be a technical error or something else?

Firstly today is saturday and tommorow is sunday so please don't expect any replies from paypal now.As even earlier stated wait for this error to be rectified by Tuesday. If they don't rectify this error/glich then please make use of your "sending limits"(can't ascertain how long we will be having it) and transfer through Xoom leaving only the amount that is needed for "sustaining" your current operations.

Just today I recieved funds from Xoom to my Bank account in HDFC.
I guess Xoom is not having any problems with Paypal.

Here is the transaction number for all to see.

The minimum limit of withdrawal has always been $150 USD and as per my knowledge for all countries..

$500 was the limit for unverified users, but for verified users its been $2.5 K...

Is it legal for resident Indians to use Xoom? I remember reading somewhere that usage of Xoom by non-NRIs is against RBI's policies.
