See, after I verified, it showed as Unverified to all my US and other international customers. I don't know why and that is how it is.

So, now, when they changed the limits, they considered us as unverified (like the US data centers always saw) and put such limits.

By the way, I have never asked for a check from PayPal. Is the withdrawal limit going to affect you only when you request for a check of if you just send money to some other paypal account also?

    Thanks,
    Stanley Lyndon.

Withdrawal limit is only for requesting checks, NOT for paypal -> paypal fund transfers.

I think they are having a cash crunch.... all financial markets have sold off in last few days...maybe Paypal was using our cash to speculate and now finds itself short of cash :D.

Amit in between I noticed you are advertising on google adsense for gii.in

and your ads are seen at digitalpoint!

I think you can advertise by means of other ways instead of Google adsense!

Also paypal is good in some way but they are worst in customer service!

    and in their policies!

Guys, the five credit card payments which can be accepted in personal accounts has been in effect since a long time. I have accepted 2-3 cc payments with 5% fees on my personal a/c, as compared to 3.4% fees on cc payments in my premier a/c.

That amendment is a different thing altogether i suppose.

Amit I know it adwords is not supported by paypal

I was saying you can just advertise through some other means(banners etc..) instead of Google adsense!(They just waste your money!)

    And also this

5 creditcards payment rules for personal accounts came into force on February 2007 only(8th of February)

I think paypal raised the limit for unverified account (on March 8th)

They instead of changing the limits for unverified account holders in India they changed the limits for all users from India.Thats it!
