is anybody aware of any other effective payment gateway like Paypal? I have tried some other but didn't find as effective as Paypal. Although Paypal as well seems no longer effective now.

few months back someone hacked my site and installed some script and was sending fraud paypal email from my site . The usual crap. Paypal tookdown my site in 30 mins.

now for this issue we have to wait 4 days to see things sorted out and havent even got 1 reply.

 

Moneybookers seems to be effective....but not that good as PayPal. One major advantage is that we can transfer funds directly to our local bank account (I haven't tried it yet). But the major problem here is that most of the people love to pay/receive through PayPal. So we need to transfer our funds first from PayPal to MB through exchangers. And then transfer it directly to our bank account. I'm planning to do this if PayPal will not give us a positive reply.

Anyway, let us wait for some more time to see how things going on.

VMI seems to be legit.

 

I doubt that .... but thats just my opinion.

 

VMI is legit
But I guess its not allowed for Indians, since Indians arent supposed to have a U.S Bank a/c without RBI's permission. But I doubt this as its a sort of ATM Card. But I heard even those are not allowed. Please correct me on this.

It is legit i used it several times to withdraw money..btw now paypal have blocked VMI..If you add VMI in your pp then your account will be TERMINATED!

Actually last time i heard these New Virtual Money Cards stopped working with Paypal. Also revocash.com seems to have tie ups with VMI.

actually i have non varified accout so i seen the same credit limit which was there befor this prob.
this issue is for varified users.i pray to god for all indians webmaster.i hope it will resolve soon.

 

For me, PP limits reverting back from 0 to that of non-verified accounts, but withdrawal still not possible.
