    Is there any way to received money from Indian paypal user to another Indian Paypal user .

    If not , is there any alternative solution to this !

    Ya, use any other payment processor.
    Or ask the buyer to directly do a bank transfer, fast and easy.

    There are a lot of method Internet Banking , Bank Transfer , Check , IM , Draft .

    Disadvantage - If the seller is fraud , you have to do a lot of formalities where as in paypal only dispute. You can use neteller etc company for this.
