I agree with you upto some extent but.. " Fame Gurukul - Qazi (Ruprekha Should Have Won) " But there was a Jodi ( pair ) in which Qazi and Ruprekha both won " Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Children - The Gal Won (The Blind Guy Deserved It) " The Gal Deserved to win The Blind Guy dint you want him to win just because he is blind ?
In FG both Qazi and Ruprekha won (they were the fame jodi). In Indian Idol 1 I was supporting Rahul Vaidya. In my opinion he didnt even deserve to be in the final. He managed to get so far due to sympathy votes. Idol was started in UK (Pop Idol). Its now a worldwide phenomenon. See : en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Idol_series#Idol_around_the_world (not allowed to post hyperlinks).
Its like gathering all the people who are so crazy for fame, then asking the people to vote and make $$.. I mean.. Can normal Public Judge better then Teh Judges?.. Then they say that the public should vote to those who deserve it. If you ask me, its all crap which I realised when Abhijeet Sawant won Indian Idol 1... If you ask me, such decisions should not be allowed to made by the public, the guy who is blind, or is from a poor background wins sympathy and well.. also manages to win the show most of the time Regards, Zeazt.
