    I am sorry but I have verified my paypal account with HDFC card before 2 years.

    I am not sure if HDFC have discontinued some services for now.

    HDFC VCC is not working for adwords verification i checked 1 hour before...So sad news for me.....since i have a 0 balance acc in HDFC....
    Is there any other reason my card is not working my card is Visa....i dont have master card....

    Few users r saying they were able to verify there paypal with netsafe but am not able to confirm my vcc and i am struggling for this from past 3 days ,as my paypal is already verified whcih i did 1 month before but now i wanted to add vcc to it for ebay but unable to verify it,netsafe txn details says cancelled,is there anything like money limit or like that bcoz i made rs5000 vcc now facing prblm,so anybdy have any idea what is wrong.In how many days it will refunded back to my acc ?
