What do you mean?

I am developing a webmaster related product specially for Indian clients only and wish to advertise on these forums/communities which is why wanted to know the addresses of these forums etc. What's wrong with it?

BTW, I run the forum which is not specifically for Indian only. It is a global webmaster forum.

 

Chip India and Digit are computer communities- although I'm not sure that they are the perfect match for your requirements.
