    Site is has been climbing up on Alexa rankings...

    For those that know, the domain is a premium domain.
    You can make this site into anything you want, and you'll always get traffic to the site. The domain gets so much type-in traffic...

    It's just one of those domains which you can do so much with. I have chosen to do an entertainment site. You can do just forums or anything else you have in mind.

    A few months back, I even got an offer of $1500 just for the domain, but at that time, I did not need the money, so I turned it down.

    I have based my asking price on how much the site has earned, and potential that the site has to earn. I haven't really put in all the effort. So there is definitely much more to be made here.

    Why would you price my site at $200, when I'm making $150 per month ??? No logic there..

    mr postdeals if you know type in traffic is of no value for small sites like this one
    and a forum having only 108 members lol i cant even imagine paying 1000$

    of course I understand your view..
    but you must not know the meaning of my domain name then .. therefore have no idea of it's value... I wouldn't judge this sale simply by what's currently there. The buyer should have some idea of the domain name and what can become of it..

    also, the url is in one of the above posts... please click on the link, and it will take you to the screenshots. That itself is the domain, just delete the /stats and you'll end up at the .com
