    You don't need to have deep knowledge of tech topics or subjects (i.e. programming or hardware). If you're quick learner or can understand about topics quickly, that will surely do.

    I prefer Indian candidate mainly because i can pay with the bank transfer. This is long term (or say permanent) and full time job and you're supposed to work as a remote employee. I prefer someone who is willing to work full time (atleast 6 hrs a day).
