Indian co. using paypal account of US citizen

    I am an Indian Pvt Ltd company and want to accept payments through paypal for my website. I have a friend in US who has a US paypal account.
    Is it legally permissible if I collect payments on my website on his paypal account, and later he transfers my share to me via mass payment.

    Well it is a matter of trust between your customers and you, on why they transfer to another account and another matter of trust on whether your friend will pay you the money collected.

    Even his US paypal account will be registered in name of my Indian company (he will register as sole business owner in US with same company name, and provide his US bank details for verification) so my customer on checkout will see my company name only.

    Otherwise is there any legal issue? Either in US or India?

    there may be some tax fees for him. best to consult some tax , financial consultants and see
