Is it possible for foriegners to open Bank Account in Indian Bank and get globally accepted credit card (sepcially can be verified in Paypal & make payments thru' paypal) ? Or does it has to be Indian National ? In Nepal, we are restricted to even apply for Globally accepted credit card (i.e. Dollar Credit Card). Also Paypal has RESTRCITED users from Nepal to ACCEPT any payment from credit card or from another paypal user. So, Can anyone suggest me any bank where I can open account for NEPALEASE which gives globally accepted credit card.
