Well I Have Adsense on one of my indian site Indian TV Freak it seems it shows indian ads offcourse thats what i expected it to.. But i guess it pays quite less.. so is it me or thats normal rates according to india ?
yeah Indian ads may pay very less.But they cannot be more cheap because adwords is having some basic standard rates for each keyword niche.
yeah it seems unfair that sites targetting the Indian community are less well rewarded than those in western countries. I suppose advertisers presume that Indian citezens will have less disposable income and will therefore be less likely to buy products and services, which just isn't true. In fact whilst American and European economises are going backwards, the Indian economy is booming by contrast.
You mean that clicks generated from traffic from India pay low right? yes, clicks from USA and UK traffic pay the best. Rest pay less compared to them.
Not only the Indian ads pay less but also the clicks generated from India too pay less. It is high time the trend is reversed for the better

You could try starting another blog to target a more niche topic. Use your existing website to get backlinks and increasing your PR.

It's not that the American advertisers which pay less for Indian clicks, it's the Indian Advertiers. American Advertisers don't need Indian Traffic, Indian advertisers do. If the advertisers don't want Indian clicks, then they will target their ads only to the users from the countries they want to target. The reason why the ads pay less is because the advertiers are Indian and they're not willing to pay high amount of money for adwords. They don't need to, because the keywords aren't very competitive and they can get away with a fairly small bid. So the Indian ads on his site, are from INDIAN advertisers, so Google and USA don't have a consipiracy against Indians, it's because the Indian advertisers are bidding low for their ads. Also, Indian traffic isn't worth much, they're not likely to buy anything. Here's a scenario, start a PPC campaign, market an Clickbank product, send 500 targeted visitors to the affiliate site from the USA, and send another 500 from India. I doubt that you will have even 1 sale from the Indian traffic, while if you set up your PPC campaign right you might have even more than 10 sales from the US traffic. Low converting traffic pays lower. Solution, make a site which is international, target a high-paying niche.
Ads works and displayed according to traffic from different countries . Go and join different forum where most of Indians are from USA, UK and other countries . Invite them to your site . Than check the average cpc from traffic from those country. Other country visitors may not visit your site because it is specially related to Indian Tv so promote it in indian forums .
google is probably penalizing your and your country for annoying everyone with your stupid telemarketing scams and to be honest i really hope that is the reason why. Call you tell i got got of the phone with another one ??
