    I am with the BSNL broadband. The problem with any government owned company is the customer care, which is more likely to be poor but the charges are economical as it is a government service. The private players give more options and value added services with proper and prompt customer care but will charge you more.
    What we need is the economy of the government plan with better customer as that in private service. Is it possible to achieve it?
    BTW, how many of you have started using the 3G services for accessing internet in India?? :)

    i use airtel 256 kbps unlimited. Im pretty satisfied, although id like to shift to a higher speed soon.
    But the net is always up, no connection troubles and excellent cust. care...
