I think that 11th men would be Pravin Kumar as his performance was excellent in past so I would see him in team. But wait India may be use 2nd spinner as Pathan's bowling is not upto mark.

Yup, I think pravin kumar have more chances then I pathan because pathan's last performance was very poor.
He lost his original bowling. :(

Well Irfan Pathan had a good swing and variation when he started his Cricket but because of Chappel he was busy with Batting and forgot to good bowling. Although he came back very well in T20 format but he had not enough chances in Test and ODI to show his bowling. I guess he will play 2-3 matches in Sri Lanka.

Yup, Jadeja proved his performance in Ranji Trophy season And IPL.

His fine all-round exploits picking up 42 wickets with his orthodox spin bowling and scoring 739 runs at an average of 67.17 to help his team Saurashtra make it to the semi-finals.

Well Yes he is very impressive bowlers and this year's domestic season with Saurashtra was excellent which lead them into Semi Finals of Ranji Trophy.

I wish he will start his carrier in this tour rather then visiting Sri Lanka.:D

It is good that Ravindra jadeja has been selected, but I doubt if he would really get the chance to play..

Yes it's a big question and we know in past many player selected for tours but they only go their for traveling only and comeback even without playing a match and I guess India will play with 3 Faster and 1 spinner along with Yusuf Pathan.

Well I don't think so this time Mendis do create many problems. I am sure that this time Indian Batsmen will dominate Mendis.

Well I guess you haven't seen SL Vs Ban Vs Zim Tri-series where Bangladesh playing well against Mendis. Also you know in ODI series against Sri Lanka, our batsmen played well against Mendis.

By the way thanks for 10k Milestone, which I just noticed.:D

no friend..india will not struggle againt him because they already played him few times and they have ability to control him .
as pakistani's also faced him very well in the 1st odi @ karachi and didn't allow him to take any wicket..:D
and if you're talking about his 3 wickets against srilanka in 2nd Odi @ karachi (21st jan 2009) then keep in mind that he has taken two of them
    against bowlers..!
    Umar Gul
    Iftikhar Anjum

and only one against batsmen Kamran akmel
but kamran akmel is not a good enough batsmen as Yuvi or sehwag
and he scored his odi career runs with an average of 25 only!!
so you can expect better from indian players........

    hope you like my post
