INDIA: Problem In adding Debit card of IDBI bank to moneybookers.com

I added my IDBI VISA debit card to moneybookers.com. They deduct my account with 125 INR and now they are saying that enter the deducted amount in EUR.. I used to convert the INR to EUR but when I entered that converted amount to moneybookers account it says "it is invalid amount. Please do not huess the amount and enter correct amount in EUR. "

my problem is that my debit card statement is in INR how can I enter the debited details in EUR ? please help me.

 

Please call up your bank or Moneybookers.com and sort out the issue. That's the best way to deal with this kind of problems.

 

I already opened a support ticket in the Moneybooker but still waiting for the reply.

i was tryin to verify my skrill using idbi debit card but its showin transaction not complete the error is like

If you get the above message mean your card is not accepted by the moneybookers payment processor.Don't try more than 3 times if you do so you might get blocked from adding card for 24hrs....So try with new card...Try to use credit card if you have one....

 

unfortunately i hav tried 3 times and it got blocked for 24 hrs
but any way i contacted idbi bank support desk mailing tat screenshot tere reply was tat bank doesnt support gaming purpose as i want 2 use it for gaming purpose
wat should i do nw i dont even hav a credit card
will any one suggest me about the wire transfer of depositing and charges
pls share ur experience if u hav any

 

and also amsomu the bank said specifically tey dnt support gaming sites so tere credit card wont also work na

any indian users done gaming payments using tere debit card pls help and say me which banks support gaming sites

 

IDBI pupil have nothing to do with moneybookers...try to open a fixed deposit in icici and obtain a creditcard and use it......Even their debit cards works perfect.....

 

hw can u say idbi pupil hav notin to do wit it else tey hav completed my transaction for gaming purpose does icici really support gaming and i have a sbi acc willl tat support

it should work...ya i am from india...I have used axis card,citi card,icici card ,corporation bank on moneybookers everything works perfect...

 

but i hav to ask u tere in moneybookers u hav two option to select during debit transformation
1.I will use the funds deposited by credit/debit card for non gaming purpose
2.I will use the funds deposited by credit/debit card for gaming purpose.

i have selected for gaming purpose and the idbi blockd transactions if i select non gaming ten my card works

so hav u used skrill for non gaming purpose using ur debit card tat wat i want to ask pls reply me

 

well i have tryed for gaming purpose..but i have a tip for you...dont upload funds directly to moneybookers account.Just goto the concern game website there you will find option to fund via moneybookers there you enter how much you want to deposit after that it will re-direct to moneybookers website then you give the card details and try it....

 

but 4 tat i willl need funds in my money booker already na r else u saying load directly from concern site and ten debit the amount from card lets se e i will try out
