    The bigger problem is you could say that about every single country. It takes people to stamp it out. A huge gathering of people then invites even more corruption to occur within the gathering, but all efforts to get to truth must be welcomed.

    What about people?

    India's biggest problem is that people themselves are corrupt to the core.. 90% of the population is corrupt. They use corruption for their benefit at one time or another.. Be it petty things like getting out of traffic tickets, breaking the queue, getting the approval of house layout/design to more heinous crimes like getting a driver's licence without passing the test to robbery or murder..
