    hello everyone,
my paypal got limited, they were asking for photo id, that i sent fax to them..now they are asking for :-

Proof of sufficient inventory for the 4 transactions of mine.

3 of those transactions relate to selling of ebooks.
1 transaction is related to selling of a website.

so, being digital goods, i dont have any inventory proof..

this is their latest reply, i received today:-

    Transaction ID: 2TC82221UG614744B
    Transaction ID: 4VA85654XL7354323

    - Submit copies of the original bills of sale or invoices referencing
    your
purchase or acquisition of the items you are selling along with the
    name
and telephone number of your supplier(s) for the following
    transactions:

    req: Fax In Invoices 41Y42345GB4706053

Did you by any chance did the following ?

    1) Use a Personal Account to receive money
    2) Asked your customer to use the 'Send Money' option to send you the money

If so, send them the bill of who you bought the ebooks from which you put up for sale.

Next time, use the Paypal Invoice or Request Money option or at least use the Buy Now button to receive money from sales. Also make sure you use a Verified Premier account for this.

Yes, you can create invoices and then send them both to Paypal and the customer. As for the ebooks, if you wrote them yourself then tell them that you are the author. If not, tell them where you bought them from and show them the permissions you have to resell them and attached the original receipt from whom you bought the ebook from. Tell them that the ebooks are virtual items and thus no stock limits.

When you sell anything, you have to ensure that you have proper receipts and/or invoices which you send to your customer either by post, fax or email.

you can either callup the paypal customer care representative to sort out the problems.
Ask your ebook and website buyer to copy paste the transiction history

tell them that you create those ebooks you put up for sale so you cannot offer Invoices from your supplier.

However, you will still need to issue invoices to your customers/those who bought your invoices. I am sure you purchase things from the store before and they give you a receipt/invoice. Take those as examples.
