    ok here is situation. i want to recieve payments from other people and seeing most people use paypal i went ahead to make a paypal.

    situation:
    i added pancard and all info
    I HAVE ADDED BANK ACCOUNT BUT NOT CONFIRMED IT.
    I HAVE NOT ADDED CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.

    WILL I ABLE TO RECIEVE CASH ??? BACAUSE LONG TIME AGO I WASNT ABLE TO .
    WILL I BE ABLE TO SEND CASH .

    PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:

    If there is no limitation in your account, you should be able to receive money into it. :)
    Credit card is not necessary these days. Bank is good enough but do verify it.

    lol :p Indian User can't pay through Paypal balance..so you need credit card for paying someone.
    Also if you want to recieve the money in your bank account..your bank account must verified.Otherwise account become limited.
