Guys Other than waiting what is Next action Plan? 1)Email Paypal again and again,Respond to every reply until they reply what we need to know 2)Ask specific questions (ask again until not answered),simply says my question not answered please read again or escalate to higher paypal authorities. 3)Phone every day at least once.don't worry if they and us can not understand each other 4)telephone Chennai office and tell "I am a victim of Fraud by paypal,Give me number and email address of paypal USA and INDIA management to report the issue" - Don't worry if they hang on the line or do not reply.Just call 2 times a day.They will atleast report this to Paypal USA
I guess they all are now aware about issue and they also know any more delay means they may face any legal problems soon from affected members. I guess calling them is only good way as mails is just read by them and pasted a template answers.
But I think this not gonna affect them, they gonna work at their own pace and this issue will be resolved only when it has to be.. Hope that time comes soon.
