Wondering whether anybody here have experience with National Consumer Helpline. Does it really work? How can I complain against Mobile service providers who forcefully set a service like caller tune and says it our fault! Ps: I am not sure where should I post this thread, so posted here, if require place it to correct section.
One time my friend experienced National Consumer Helpline and he was satisfied of it but i don't know about their support now.
are you talking about Airtel? better to change your service provider without changing your phone number. its allowed now!
Not only Airtel, I have tried almost all reliance, aircel, idea, vodafone and all are shits! rather Airtel refunded 2-3 times to me other never ever did so, all of them forcefully set caller tune or other service and says its our fault, we send message or press button blah blah. Idea is no.1 they took Rs 5/ everyday when i discovered lost rs.65 or 70, and proved me I subscribed at 10.30 PM! All of them are fooling us by setting service, specially if you recharge full talk time offer, I am sure many of us don't bother but these blood suckers are taking our hard earned money. Yesterday, discovered while I am making a call someone and if s/he is not receiving then vodafone is sending a message automatically and charging me 50p, now if someone don't receive phone for more than 2-3 times after calling I have to pay!
I am satisfied With Reliance Rs.40 For 1st month callertune (Rs. 30 download + Rs. 10 monthly) And Rs. 10 from next month onwards.
Well, Never faced any problem with Airtel... They deduct it only when you press any button when they call... But you can file a case in Consumer Court for it if you want to!
Most worst thing is that I can can not contact with customer care from my phone, once Airtel did so, from all mobiles customer care no. was working but not from my phone for 20-25 days! now discovered vodafone is another crap!
This is not true because I always register for DND or any other promotional calls, and its quite impossible too do same mistake repeatedly and specially this time as i am bored with these so after getting new connection I called customer care first to deregister default free caller tune, registered for DND or promotional calls.
